Executive Boardroom, Hudson NY

A perfect example of a difficult room for teleconferencing, this room is hemispherical in shape and loaded with hard surfaces. The client had dealt with other firms in an attempt to resolve the poor audio quality and unintelligibility during audio conference calls. The room has a previously installed system with ceiling hanging microphones above the table. The ceiling mics were placed right in the thick of the acoustic mess and were basically useless. By bringing the microphones closer to the participants using table microphones and properly programming the ClearOne DSP/telephone interface, we improved the audio conference feature.

Professional Office Building, Poughkeepsie, NY

Hugh’s TV provided a lobby display, conference room microphones, connectivity and LCD display, breakroom TVs and Executive office TVs. A DirecTV satellite system was installed on the roof of the building. The office TV articulating arm mounts were installed into recessed back-boxes to allow them to fold flat to the wall. The boardroom system has an integrated video conference system and computer and audio connectivity at the table.
